Former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden's leaks earlier this year about the U.S. government's surveillance activities unleashed a flood of concerns about U.S. privacy protections. Baker is scheduled as one of the keynote speakers at the International Association of Privacy Professionals Privacy Academy, taking place in Seattle from September 30 to October 2.
